    1. Open Adobe Premiere Pro software on your computer.
    2. Go to File Tab on the top of the menu and choose New from the drop-down list.
    3. Now, select New to start with your new project or click Open. If the video is not in the project then you need to import it into the premiere.
    4. Select and drag the video you wish to crop from the “Project” tab.
    5. Select the video and then click on Effects. It’s the tab at the top of the screen.
    6. Select Video Effects from Effects tab and then click on Transform found under Video Effects directory.

    8. Manage the borders of the clip by going to Effects Controls.
    9. Top, bottom, left and right sides represent the four corners of the selected video clip. If it shows 0% then it means that the side is untrimmed.
    10. To trim the video select the percentage showing on a side and drag the pointer to the right. This will increase the percentage of the selected side of the movie clip.
    11. Repeat the same process to trim the video.
